●Please read carefully How To Measure of the product details before placing the order. Note that the size chart unit is cm, 1cm=0.394inch.
●Note:The size chart is Asian size, it‘s maybe smaller than the international size.If the bust in the size chart is smaller than the bust of your usual size, we recommend that you choose a larger one.
●Please note that all the sizes are measured by flat out,and allow for a little discrepancy(about 1-2cm).
2. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
●We process orders very quickly, and there are much customer news to reply,so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled in time. You must immediately contact our Customer Service team (within 30 minutes) with your change/cancellation request details included.
●In order to avoid your order‘s modification is not timely, we recommend that you read our size chart carefully and then make you order.
3. How to get a coupon?
●We offer various coupons for customers, among which, “FOR NEW” is for new customers, it is 10% off. For other coupons, please follow our ins and Facebook official account to get timely notification.
4. How do I place order?
●When viewing an item, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click”BUY IT NOW” to place the order. Or click “ADD TO CHART” and place order later.

●Finally, you will be directed to shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
5. Why do I get charged more than the price?
●Our price is in US dollar, if you pay with another currency, the amount will adjust with the exchange rate. The sum is the same, just in different currencies.
6. Why my payment get declined? How to solve it?
●Firstly, please make sure the information you filled in is correct, especially cvc code, zip code and your card number. Then, contact your card issuer for more information if problem still exists.
7.How do I track my item?

●Sometimes, due to the update delay, you can’t see the latest information, just wait for a while and track again.
Return & Refund Policy
If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, you can return them for a refund.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label
-You need to pay for return shipping exclude the following 2 cases,
We will refund the return shipping when:
1. The color or size of the product you received is inconsistent with your order;
For example: you ordered 2XL, received the goods label is XL.
2. The product you ordered is damaged.
When you contact us, you need to provide us with a photo in the e-mail which can prove the product is damage or product is wrong , we will process the return refund after verification.
-Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Customers have 14 days from the date of receive to change your mind and return the items without explaining the reason and everfind has to issue a refund. After receiving the return item,everfind has to issue a refund back to customers' account.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
